3/26/02 To converse space on the server, I have removed the document files. If you want me to send you copies of them, please email me.

5/6/02 I have converted the thesis files to HTMl and uploaded them. The conversion was not from the final word files, though so there are fome typos and grammer errors. Also the DOC to HTML conversion messed up a lot of the formatting. I have also left the actual code (Appendix C) out, for obvious reasons.
